The general business and affairs of Job Training for Beaver County are managed by the Board of Directors.   These individuals are appointed by the Beaver County Commissioners.  A majority of the Board represents industry and business.  The remainder of the Board represents organized labor, community based organizations or nonprofit organizations, and one of the members represents the Beaver County Board of Commissioners.
